Our stay at Hotel Inglaterra in Estoril was nothing short of amazing – a true 10/10 experience! The hotel is full of character, with beautiful architecture, elegant decor, and a perfect location just a short walk from the beach, the train station, and charming Cascais. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the incredible service – especially from Fransisco, the Guest Relations host. He was exceptional in every way: warm, professional, and always available on WhatsApp. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything ran smoothly and took care of every detail with genuine care. One of the highlights was that we were celebrating our friend’s birthday during our stay. Fransisco and the hotel staff helped us make it truly special, going out of their way to organize a thoughtful surprise and making her feel celebrated and appreciated. It was such a lovely gesture and far beyond what we expected! Thanks to Fransisco’s amazing support and the kindness of the staff, we felt truly welcome and taken care of throughout our entire visit. Breakfast with a very good choice... I have stayed in 2 rooms the first one a suite could be better and the second a room with sea view, was perfect. if I new I would have chosen this one for my 16 days in pestana. The pool very beautiful and pleasant. And the Staff very, vey kind, this is important!
