The family-run Hotel Maximilian is located in the heart of Innsbruck’s Old Town, next to a pedestrian zone, offering air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. Location was excellent, rooms were very very good. But above all the lady FR Mahnert on the front desk was the most efficient and helpful I have ever come across in any of the 45 countries I have travelled.

Very friendly staff, free parking and our dog was welcomed without reservation. Right next to the motorway so perfect for a mid journey stop.
