There is no lobby but customer service replies reasonably quick through WhatsApp. There is a community room where you can work or prepare something small. Well outfitted with dishes, glasses and cutlery. If you arrive late, there is a vending machine that stocks the basics as well. If I would return to Mondsee I would stay here again. Recommended.

But it still really has a cool, beautiful vibe to it. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I ever had (better than some Marriot 5 star hotels). Everything was even better than we expected. The room was cozy and warm even during the night. The common areas (bathrooms and kitchen) were well equipped (you could could pretty much everything and the bathrooms had even shower gel and body lotion). We will be definitely back if we are in the area!
