It was clean, tidy, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the deck and it was just minutes from the ferry and supermarket , a very convenient location. The owner was easy to contact and quick to respond.

Situated in Nelly Bay, just 50 metres from the beach, Island Leisure Resort offers self-contained bungalows with a flat-screen TV. The property also features a swimming pool and tennis court. Great location- a block from the beach, a block from the $1 island bus, the pier and the park with Playground… The staff was friendly and the resort was beautiful, with lots of privacy, …loved the game room. Easy to see the whole island from there in two days. Or was like a whole house with full living room, kitchen, patio… Very quiet.

Both welcoming and lots of information about the island and things to do and see. A quiet little gem of a place!

It was so easy to get to - a short walk from the ferry, and so easy access to the island bus service and walking tracks around Nelly Bay. The "tents" were extremely well appointed and comfortable!

The bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and we immediately felt at home. The location is great, close to a secure beach where you can go swimming and close to a bus stop. Rod was a fantastic host who gave us great recommendations.

Super clean, great location, handy to the bus stop and shops. We especially loved the Master Bedroom with the spa bath with water views. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

If you don't have a car, we recommend hiring a bike/e-bike from next to cafe del mar so you can explore the rest of the island
