I was traveling alone so really appreciated that they looked after me so well. I had the single room (en-suite toilet) in the lodge which is a wonderful old converted farmhouse. You can hear the tenants in the other room as they are on the upper room but it was no bother. Also, you bath in a tub in the bedroom. It’s very quaint and there is a handheld so washing your hair isn’t an issue. Overall, I would compare my stay pro staying at a good friend’s house. I really enjoyed it…thanks Anna and Yves!
