Friendly from the moment we walked through the door, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The rooms had everything you need, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean . Oh, the restaurant dinner was first class! The lamb was done perfectly and the vegetables were delicious!

When o couldn’t find the gym they didn’t just point me to the direction but would walk me to the area. Breakfast quality is fabulous.

Excellent rooms, very well designed and decorated (even the smoke detector had a special design) and all facilities were in place. It is a very new hotel but all was running smoothly. They put a lot of thought in the rooms and hotel and the staff carry the pleasant vibe as well. Warmly recommended.

Rooms were ready well before we had anticipated. The view from the room was incredibly, overlooking one of the Bruges canals. Truly wonderful part of the world. Breakfast was fantastic. Extremely comfortable room, wonderful showers.
