Housed in a building dating from 1908, this homestay is 19 km from Grindelwald Terminal and 22 km from Giessbachfälle. The homestay provides garden views and a picnic area. The 4-bedroom setup was perfect for our family, giving everyone plenty of space to relax. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and having two bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings so much easier since we didn’t have to take turns or rush. We also appreciated having access to a washer and dryer in the basement, which was especially useful for a longer trip. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained and well-equipped with everything we needed, plus a few extra touches. The large windows offered lovely views, and the outdoor blinds were a great feature, completely blocking out light for sleeping in or for added privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, though that’s to be expected in Switzerland. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area made it easy for us to prepare and enjoy meals together, which added to the cozy, home-like feel of the apartment.

The apartment is only 250 meters away from the nearest train station and other public transport. I feel like home here. You can find anything here. Room is spacious for 3 people — look like an apartment inside. Kitchen has everything even cooking oil or a rice cooker. Bathroom even has the hand-held bidet! So detailed! And the owner is very service minded, helping us to carry 2 big luggage (20+ kg) up to our room. So, you don’t have to worry even there is no lift, you won’t have the problem. Location is something to mention. The view from the room is the river and mountain — super beautiful!!! Plus, it’s close to Interlaken West station. So, everything is so convenient.
