Exceptional fittings in the appartment, beds made upon arrival, friendly and communicative hosts. Sound-proof, really quiet and relaxing. Apparently the whole apartment block was busy, but we didn’t here a sound from neighbours or even family members in different rooms. TVs in every room, luxurious disco lights (optional) in modern shower. Natural materials, stone and wood. Lovely patio and outdoor sitting or lounging area, outdoor fireplace and bbq. Interesting diagonal lift to 9th floor. Built on a slope in the woods with direct access to slopes on skis (when there is enough snow). Garage parking space with trolley to manoeuvre luggage. Amazing views of landscape on bus ride from Chur. Easy to get to from Zurich with direct train to Chur and connecting post buses.

High quality bathroom and kitchen supplies. Loved the blankets on the balcony and the other tiny touches like matching colors on everything, lamps and outlets where you need them etc. Overall we had a great stay.
