There was an amazing lady at reception on our check out day (my apologies for forgotten your name, dear kind and amazing lady) who helped us with the tourist cards for the bus and she reccomended us where to and visit! QC Grand Hotel Bagni Nuovi is set in the ski resort and spa town of Bormio. The hot baths complex was amazing, breakfast was varied and exceptional. The room was very big and although not too luxurious, it had great amenities and is cozy. Size of the premises and grounds is amazing and is situated in an excellent area.

We came to take part in Swiss Epic MTB race and every need, every request we had was immediately taken care of. The studios are fantastic and well equipped, the location is great, excellent garage for the and for the bikes (we could wash the bikes too). But what stands out the most is the personal attention to detail from Claudia! Claudia, thank you!
