Just 50 metres from the Nyon Train Station, Base Nyon is a hotel & serviced apartment building in the centre of Nyon. Tidy and clean flat, perfect for cooking for yourself. Very close to the lake (5mn walk) and quiet. It was exactly what we needed.

Floatinn is a boat located in Geneva, in a harbour facing the famous Jet d'Eau waterfountain. It offers a sun terrace on the deck with an outdoor seating area and beautiful views of Lake Geneva. We would have loved it, but unfortunately we left before breakfast

The view overlooking Lake Geneva is exceptional, so be sure to book a room with balcony on the lakeside. Our room was on the top floor with 2 balconies on the front overlooking the lake, and 2 balconies on the side. It was very large, with an equally large bathroom. The entire hotel is superbly decorated and elegant. The staff was outstanding in every respect, from the doormen and valets, to the reception and concierge, to the restaurant staff, as well as housekeeping. The restaurant was delightful with an interesting menu.
