Our baggage was lost at the airport but they gladly made phone calls for us as we do not speak French. They even drove to a tech store 5 km away to purchase a SIM card for our phone. We are truly grateful for such outstanding service. Also, the hotel is beautiful with authentic wood interiors and decorating. Excellent breakfast!

Super kind and friendly staff (all including receptionist, spa, drivers, restaurant servers and others), very convenient in/out to ski telecabin with the free shuttle service, great breakfast and dinner, amazing spa and sauna facility, and the room also had a nice bathtub as well. I really enjoyed my stay overall. The view was very nice from the room as well.
