We really liked the hotel — it's small and in a good location. Everything was clean, and the room had everything we needed, even a scale. There were bathrobes and towels for the spa. The spa is small but very nice.

Guests can enjoy a selection of international cuisine in the in-house restaurant. The hotel was excellent. It exceeded my expectations, looked luxurious, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

It is located 400 metres from Market Colonnade and offers a lift. The accommodation provides spa facilities, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Great location to the center (a little walk uphill though), kind staff, very clean room. We would stay here again.

Strong points Personnel attitude. All of them eager to help and provide 5 stars services! Special mention for Lucie that was very supportive and gave us good hints! Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

Located in a prime spot, it made exploring the city effortless. They genuinely care about guest satisfaction. Rooms were clean, well-kept, and quiet. Overall, it’s incredible value for money. Highly recommend!

All rooms feature garden view or a view of the quiet town spa zone. Excellent quality of services whether on the hotel side (quality of food, facilities, housekeeping ..) or the medical side and special thanks for Dr Elena for her perfect consultation, care and best treatment also Michaela at infusion she is very professional and well mannered. Over all I had a perfect stay I really enjoyed it and will definitely repeat next April

It offers spacious rooms and suites, a restaurant and exclusive spa centre with a relaxing pool, a meditation spa, a dry and steam sauna, a salt cave and a gym. The spa offers over 30 different procedures from beautifying to physiotherapy. Everything went so perfectly that I wish we had stayed longer in Karlovy Vary. The city itself is beautiful and the hotel is magical. The staff was great, the restaurant and bar were great as well. and to top it off, a very comfortable bedroom.

The Restaurant Romance with a summer terrace serves Czech and international cuisine as well as aromatic coffee. we were delighted with the hotel, the location is perfect, the room (standard) is excellent, the staff is kind, especially the one from the reception
