The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

Great location to the center (a little walk uphill though), kind staff, very clean room. We would stay here again.

Spa & Wellness Hotel Olympia is situated in the spa centre of Mariánské Lázně, in close proximity to the forests, spa parks and healing mineral springs. A park with a colonnade and the Singing Fountain is just a 5-minute walk away. Everything! It was exactly what I wanted, a clean, quiet hotel with good facilities. The staff were all very professional and friendly too. Excellent value for money, having the pool and sauna was a real bonus. I had two massages in the spa and they were both very good. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel, the other guests were friendly and polite, which is important for me travelling solo. It is also in a good location, quiet but near the Singing Fountain and the Collonade.

All rooms feature garden view or a view of the quiet town spa zone. The staff at the reception and the medical were very pleasant and very helpful

The Restaurant Romance with a summer terrace serves Czech and international cuisine as well as aromatic coffee. we were delighted with the hotel, the location is perfect, the room (standard) is excellent, the staff is kind, especially the one from the reception

Featuring a shared lounge and views of inner courtyard, Villa Leopold - apartmánový dům is an aparthotel situated in a historic building in Karlovy Vary, 800 metres from Hot Spring. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The aparthotel features family rooms. Amazing villa, newly refurbished in style and with hugh quality. Excellent location, especially that there is also a shop nearby. I appreciated a lot having bins for recycling: quite a rarety in accommodation places. The offer of a beer and lemonade from a local producer was another nice element.
