The decor is stunning. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. The view from the window was magical. The spa facilities were first class. The breakfast was very good and the dining room was nicely laid out. The staff were very accommodating.

It exceeded my expectations, looked luxurious, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. Absolutely everything. One of the most incredible hotel in Czech Republic.

Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marianske Lazne is located in the heart of Mariánske Lázně, featuring 4 outdoor and indoor pools, sauna area and fitness centre. The hotel was a bit expensive, but otherwise excellent. For a hotel the spa is fantastic, the room is very good, the restaurant is excellent. Excellent place for relaxation. Highly recommended.

Housed in a renovated Art Nouveau building from 1899, the Hotel Romance is situated in the spa centre of Karlovy Vary, close to the Hot Geyser Spring and the Market Colonnade. Hotel is in heart of centrum, they have parking not far from hotel but driver bring you there and back to the hotel, personel is so nice and helpful specially Monika front desk, breakfast very good, definitely we will back there.

Everything is there, you can cook your own food. Also the biggest plus is that there is parking. If there is a chance to be in Karlovy Vary again, then only the Leopold hotel!
