We were met by the host, who showed us up to the room, he spoke good English, was friendly and helpful. They also told us where to park our car. The accommodation was surrounded by good eateries, the town square & bars.

The family-run Hotel U Kaplicky is a 10-minute walk from the Old Bridge in the historic royal town of Pisek. All rooms are en-suite and they come with wooden furniture and work desks. This hotel was really, really nice. It was clean, spacious, and the breakfast was very good. Natalie in the reception was very kind and helpful. She recommended restaurants and a place where we could go for a swim🙂 Would definitely come back, and I would, without a doubt, recommend this hotel to others.

Very friendly host and the complementary fruit in the common area is very much appreciated. Large comfortable bed and the room is nice and big and everything spotlessly clean. The host will let you leave your luggage there if you check in early or on check out day if you still want to go sightseeing. The €7 car ride back to the bus station is also a great available option.

The apartment is in excellent condition, lots of ustensiles to cook and the service provided was excellent, they even came and did the laundry for us, whatever additional things we asked, they provided in a very loving and professional manner!

The apartment had all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay, and much more: perfect location, a garden with barbecue, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen… I could go on.
