Hotel Boutique Puerto Malecon is located in the Colonial area of Santo Domingo within steps of the beach, right in front of the historic Puerta de la Misericordia. Great staff Staff was great and very nice and helpful

Let's start simple: the location is at the heart of the city and you can go easy anywhere you would like to go. There's a beautiful park across the entrance with a café and outdoor gym, there are always people there exercising and with the family. The neighborhood is super clean and safe. The staff is amazing! All of them were very caring and helpful, every single one of them were going above and beyond, that kindness was unexpected but very welcomed. The front desk staff was very competent and professional, and the kitchen and cleaning staff were the sweetest people. I would come back just for the staff.
