Belen is great, super welcoming and was helping us on a daily basis by giving us great recommendations on beaches and restaurants. We could not have asked for a better host. The room is great, comfortably big with all the amenities and facilities that we needed - the bed was a bonus as it's super comfortable. The breakfast was great, not a huge variety but it hits the spot. The location is amazing, Es Mercadal is at the centre of the island, reducing the driving time to 20 min on all directions. Also the town is very beautiful with great choices for food/restaurants. The hotel does not have its own parking but there is a public parking at 3 min on foot.

Coves Noves Nice apartment of 75 m2 10 minutes walk from the beach of Arenal d'en Castell ligger ved stranden i Es Mercadal, 18 km fra Mahón Havn og 4,4 km fra Golf Son Parc Menorca. Very nice and roomy appartement with a yard at a five minute drive from the beach. Communication was very clear and friendly. We'd recommend this apartment to anyone! We had such a lovely week and wished we could stay longer. Definitely get a rental car though, on Menorca it is needed.

I enjoyed the eclectic decor, and it really has everything you might need. There's lots of basics in the kitchen so you don't need to buy every little thing in order to make a meal. But everything was definitely clean and tidy when we arrived. There are more bath towels and beach towels than you could probably use, and there's beach equipment: umbrellas, two nice chairs, snorkels. So nice to have these added useful things on hand to enjoy the island. Mike was responsive and helpful at all times. The view of the golf course is very calming and sweet. The peacocks there are a little loud, but we ended up finding them pretty fun and charming as well. You might find them hard to sleep through in the morning if you have the windows open. This wasn't a problem for us because it was the middle of the summer and we used AC. Also depends how light a sleeper you are. The apt is part of a complex, which is somewhat clear from the pictures. If you were looking for a isolated little spot, this isn't it, but we definitely found it to be a calm place to nest. The patio in the mornings and evenings was *wonderful*.
