This hotel is a perfect base from which to explore Scotland's tourist trails. You can also chose to explore the mountains, forests and rivers, where you can participate in activities ranging from skiing, cycling, canoing, shooting, off-road driving, gliding, diving and rafting. This was a last-minute booking whilst on our road trip, and I am so happy to have stumbled upon it! A gorgeous location and the hotel is very charming. We stayed in a ground floor suite, which had patio doors that opened up onto the river bank. Dinner was delicious, and our breakfast was yummy too.

There were so many wow moments that it is difficult to describe it all. It is a small pension owned by a very nice couple, that made us feel better than at home. Room was very nice, clean, with big bathroom. There was a home made cake prepared for us when we arrived. Breakfast are freshly made by owners, everything is delicious, and there is a big selection of home made cakes, that are simply gorgeous. Surroundings are very nice as well. We felt so good we didnt want to leave.
