Polite, Hardworking, Friendly and Caring. The facilities were great. The spa was lovely, the breakfast at Market Brasserie was delightful with so much choice and the Eighteen Sky Bar was truly luxurious. We didn't get the chance to try out the other restaurants but we definitely would have if possible The hotel is perfectly located with only a 5min walk to the O2 and Subway. While the hotel room was really wonderful too. Very clean and very tidy with great views.

Classic furnishings. Ground floor room provided for my dog and I. Dog treats and bed provided also. Heating worked and was controllable! Lovely shower. Coffee machine and tea making facilities. Complimentary water and milk.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast prepared just for us, by Jane, before we left, which was extra, but excellent value. We also had a very interesting conversation with Jane and her husband. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Lilac Door if you're in the Dulwich Area.

Contact with manager was very good, they ask to hold a security deposit and guests should be okay with this, as they want to protect the quality of this top tier property. Lock box entry worked well. It’s all one level and safe for kids, all facilities are absolutely spotless and well maintained from the quality bed linen to the complimentary toiletries and lovely towels. Everything worked v well. The flat faces onto a shared garden square which had a wonderful family feel with kids playing, although not rowdy. I was a woman travelling alone and felt v safe. Manager came to swap out a broken bin and followed up my exit with helpful texts. Pictures are v accurate. I would happily book again.

The breakfast was fantastic, especially the sausage. Our favourite part of the breakfast was having the resident labrador join us. Felt like home from home🥰

I was genuinely surprised (in a good way!) that someone would invest so much into a rental property on a site like Booking.com. It was just wonderfully comfortable and an absolute delight to stay in.
