Minutes from the channel tunnel and an easy drive to Hythe for all amenities. We loved the room and the pretty gardens. We were able to sit outside and eat our picnic tea in the sunshine. The bed was great and we slept well. Good takeaway breakfast.

We stayed in Room 1 and it was huge. Beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and lovely White Company bedding. So many quality touches. An excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and cooked to order. Evelyn was a super host.

Had difficulty with heating when we arrived on a very cold day, so I texted the owner and he promptly responded. He turned heating on remotely and turned up later to check that all was OK. So although there is no staff on site, you knew there was someone to help as necessary.
