We have liked absolutely everything - the staff, the location, the beautiful room, views out of our window. Everything has been just amazing and we highly recommend it to everyone.

The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. It is the most cosy and well designed mobile home I have ever been in. The kitchen was tiny but had everything we needed. Even the caravan park itself was well designed: minimal traffic and thoughtful placement of each home enhanced its privacy.

Fully refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. Rooms were large with quality furnishings and an extra-large king size bed. Large bathroom with shower and all care products provided. Staff couldn't do enough to ensure your stay exceeded your expectations. Breakfast fantastic. So pleased we stayed at the Baliffgate hotel and will definitely stay again when in Alnwick.

Location was perfect. A very short drive into town, but off the main streets so no passing car noises at night. The breakfast was amazing. The host went above and behind. They got vegan sausages, milk, and other vegan items for us to have a full cooked vegan brekkie. The host was delightful to talk to and very knowledgeable of the local area
