Although the room faced the street, I had no problems sleeping even with the window open. 2. A good breakfast menu offering a choice of dishes, using high quality ingredients. 3. The room was luxurious and comfortable and charmingly decorated. The entire hotel was lovely. We wanted to stay longer! The staff was great. I had a problem with the wifi and the front desk talked me through it and I quickly realized that it was my phone that was the problem. Their wifi was perfect! Parking was plentiful. The grounds were beautiful. We really enjoyed eating breakfast in the back garden area. The breakfast was Michelin-star chef quality! It was so tasty. Highly-recommended!

The location was perfect. We come to Buxton quite often for walking or the festival centred around the opera house. We hope we can come again and stay at the same place. It was exceptional.

The apartment is stunning - a beautiful old building in the middle of Leek. Everything is finished to a very high standard and the hosts were really helpful. There was even a Christmas tree in the lounge which was just magical. We would highly recommend booking in here and we hope to be back again to explore more of the area!
