Located in the picturesque village of Hathersage, 10 miles from Sheffield, The George offers free WiFi. The room was great. It was comfortable, bigger than we expected, and beautiful. The location was great as well. The staff were really kind and helpful. We had a great time staying at this hotel specially after our hike. Would love to stay there again someday.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. My room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Not to mention the exceptional restaurant (listed in the Michelin Guide, which speaks for itself) and the beautiful Sunday roast I enjoyed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Derbyshire!
