Located in the centre of Edinburgh, just a few minutes’ walk from the Royal Mile and 650 yards of The Real Mary King's Close, Market Street forms part of Edinburgh’s historic skyline. Peter and Alex were amazing! Both were so very helpful and full of information. They set the bar extremely high for the places we will be staying at for the rest of our trip.

This place is a real gem especially if you re getting one if the three room on the shore . The manager of this property is a real gentleman when you can fell the high human quality of this man , his love for the place and his care for his guests .If you want to feel scotland Ullapool , loch broom and Harbour house are a combination of scottish nature and culture .High praise !

Just amazing, definitely the best hotel during our Scotland trip, very kind host, very kind staff, perfect recommendations for the dinner at The Bridge Restaurant (!!), free room upgrade by the host, superb breakfast...nothing less than 10 stars !!!

Had some lovely conversations with the owners, was lovely to get to know their story a little as well:)

The rooms were comfortable with everything that a traveler would need. The breakfast was excellent with good choice and great food. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
