Most times, the loudest sound you hear is birds chirping and at night the funny tweeting of scops owls. Mrs. Petrovic is doing an excellent job keeping her guests happy and makes delicious breakfast. It's much better than in most four star hotels. Internet reception is poor, but that helps you to enjoy the beauty of this place. The garden is like a park and you can spot rare birds in it. The place is ideally located for cyclists. Mrs Petrovic also gave us excellent advice regarding restaurants.

Istarska Vila ligger i Poreč, 27 km fra Istralandia Aquapark, og har en bar, gratis wi-fi, en udflugtsskranke og bagageopbevaring. This is the most comfortable house I have been in so far. It's very spacious. We have been there in a group of 7 people(5 adults, 2 kids). Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Downstairs is large living space with comfortable sofa, at least 60" TV, fully equipped kitchen, and huuuge dining table. There are practically no walls just slided windows which makes you feel like terrace is part of your living room not to mention that you can have it all opened and feel the summer air :) If this is not enough, you have a washing machine and a dryer. All is brand new. The entire house is built from good materials. You can have a normal conversation downstairs and be sure that kids can sleep peacefully upstairs. Terrace is also quite big, allowing you to spend time with your entire family playing in the pool, which is heated. Driveway will easily fit 2 cars. Cherry on the top, is the owner who is very nice and helpful. He responds in seconds to any message I have sent him. All of the pictures are very accurate, so I am not adding anything new.

The host was very friendly, quick to answer questions and respond and excellent at accommodating additional requirements. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked with appliances.

Words cannot describe what a wonderful place this is to stay!! Gloria and Raphael were AMAZING hosts. The pictures do not do it justice. Our room was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen is great and the pool was wonderful. The hosts own a restaurant not too far away from the house and we ate dinner there the two nights we were there. Enjoyed a beautiful and delicious meal while watching the sunset. The location is GREAT!! There is a little bakery next store and a grocery store. Funtana beach is right there and I enjoyed running on the trail and taking walks with my husband. Gloria made sure that we had everything we needed and was available for anything. She had great suggestions and made sure that we were happy. Felt like we were royalty while we were here!!
