The location is great, a lot of Belgrade's major points are in walking distance. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a variety of food. The staff were extremely helpful, always called taxi when I needed, provided useful tips etc. Among them, Anita was particularly forthcoming and warm, and any questions I had were answered with patience and a smile. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The personal is so kind and helpful, the rooms are cleand, warm and modern, the location is quite good, too. The only things that may be considered disadvantages by some is that (1) in the toilets of the two rooms we booked there wasn't trash can and (2) at many places in Belgrade, including some taxis, paying with card was not possible and in this hotel, too, but these were not a big deal for us. We enjoyed our stay!
