The dining experience was exceptional—Magnolia and the Club Lounge both offered incredible food that exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Tiwi and Mila from the Club Lounge for their outstanding hospitality. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. Additionally, chefs Haris and Nasrulloh went above and beyond by preparing exclusive meals for us that weren’t even on the menu. Their culinary expertise and personalized service were unforgettable. These individuals made our stay extraordinary and set a new benchmark for hospitality. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed in worldwide, The Westin Surabaya stands out as the best. We can’t wait to return!

The breakfast and dinner were delicious, the service was great especially Mas Reva who served us with smile🙂 Perfect location and hotel with the access to the malls, comfortable bed/room. Very clean, the smell of the house was immaculate. The staff were very polite,friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Lena and Ana for helping us arrange our transportation going to Malang and our trip to Bromo. They even checked of we reached the terminal when we left. They treat you as family rather than guests.

Welcoming guests with an outdoor swimming pool, Ascott Waterplace Surabaya is located right in front of Pakuwon Mall which houses convention halls, department stores and various dining outlets. Friendly & helpful staffs, clean rooms, great facilities and good location. Definitely I recommend this place!
