There are also numerous golf courses and equestrian centres nearby and Limerick Racecourse is just 15 minutes away. The owner Mary was were welcoming as soon as we arrived & allow us a slightly early check in. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable & clean. There was no pressure to check out in the morning & Mary personally brought us to their lovely restaurant in the garden centre for breakfast. This was delicious & staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend Ballycannon Lodge & will definitely be our go to place to book if staying in Adare again.

The facilities in the Cottage were all what we would have wanted as was the cutlery, cooking utensils etc. A very nice touch was that the hosts decorated the cottage for Christmas which we truly appreciated.

Maretta and Tony were the hosts of your dreams and provided us with everything we needed before and during our stay. We have so many fabulous memories made in the amazing barn conversion and having our own private bar.

I wish I knew the fridge was fully stocked for breakfast items as we stopped at a store and purchased the same items to cook a full Irish breakfast. I'm sure the next guest will put the items to good use. We hope to come back for a longer stay to explore my wife's family ancestry area, and meet with the locals who know the history of the area.

Spotlessly clean, beautiful apartment, well stocked, host purchased cheese, ham, eggs, milk, chocolates for our arrival. There was a coffee machine with pods, a dual basket air fryer, heating and cooling options, extra blankets, toiletries, condiments, large fridge, the list goes on. I cannot rate this apartment highly enough. Private free parking right outside, beautiful location just a few minutes from the beautiful town of Adare.
