We were pleasantly surprised with how much room we had... It was great having more than just a bed, and enjoyed the couch/tv area. The room also smelled amazing during our whole stay :) The downstairs restaurant was great to have, especially as the other restaurants in the area closed quite early - not sure if that's not all or because it's off-season (March). The staff were very helpful and accommodating!

Geraldine and her husband were wonderful hosts. Their house was lovely, and the room was just what we needed. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Parking on-site. Amazing water pressure shower. In-room coffee/tea. The self-service breakfast was fantastic and tons of options. She even had homemade soda bread that was outstanding and delicious. My partners big highlight was seeing their robot lawnmower in action. He and Geraldine discussed how it works and gets set up, and now he is excited to get one when we return home. Thanks for the great advice! The big highlight for me was petting their donkey! The cutie was so nice and had the softest nose. Highly recommend a stay here. It was fantastic.

Overlooking Mount Knocknarea, the Strandhill Lodge and Suites Boutique Hotel are 10 minutes’ walk from sandy beaches and just 1-mile from Sligo Airport. We loved everything: the spacious room, the convenient parking, the especially large and very comfortable double bed, the spacious balcony with the amazing view, the delicious breakfast, the delicious food in the restaurant very close to the hotel and especially the attentive, kind, patient and wholeheartedly helpful attitude of David, the hotel manager, and Sian, the receptionist. They did everything they knew and could to help us solve the problem we had with the rental car. They also directed us to great hiking trips in the area and the detailed explanations that David sent before we arrived at the hotel show that the concern for the guests' well-being and leisure time is at the center of his attention. David also sets a personal example for the entire team and works together with them in every area. We could see that the hotel is functioning perfectly and the entire staff is very caring and helpful in everything. You all do a really good job and we would definitely like to stay with you again.

On the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, the Waterfront House & Restaurant offers luxury boutique accommodation and breathtaking views over Killala Bay and golden Enniscrone Beach. We really appreciated the location of the hotel at sea front. Our room had a huge window facing the beach and offered such a marvellous view. The hotel's restaurant offers very good food. As cyclists, we were warmly welcomed and could let ours bikes safely. The breakfast was excellent.
