Wow, Elizabeth, you have a gem of a property located close to town with lovely surrounding countryside. We arrived extremely late at night and you were there to welcome us, as tired as we were, we could not have asked for a better welcome. We had a wonderful room with all amenities and bathroom needs waiting for us. A wonderful night's sleep was had on a very comfortable bed. On our two days stay Elizabeth prepared a very personal breakfast for us each morning that was to die for. We left well fed for the day. With nice grounds to sit out in the sunshine or the guests personal reading room, adequate on-site parking. We wished we could have stopped longer but we had to head off to a certain Golf tournament that was being held at Royal Portrush. We look forward to returning at the first opportunity. The beds are super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, exactly as we asked. We will be back, for sure.

Offering a restaurant, Riverbank, Country Pub and Guesthouse is located in the countryside 10 minutes’ drive from Carrickmacross. The grounds were great, a small creek running thru, sheep in the pasture, the Inn itself was beautiful. Very well cared for. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The management and staff were friendly and were happy to get us whatever we needed. The pub was where we spent many an hour where we were able to get some research work done. Fire in the fireplace every night. The dinner meals we had were yummy. Breakfast was also good with good choices. All said, it was a great four nights and we will be back!

Opposite the Beechill College, The Meadows Bed and Breakfast is just 2 minutes' walk from the Hillgrove Hotel and 8 minutes' walk from Monaghan town centre. Free WiFi access is available. The room is clean, the sightseeing outside is very beautiful especially during sunset and raining, here also provides the most delicious breakfast that I had tried during the whole trip in several countries. And the most important thing is that the landlord is really nice!!! if we go to Monaghan again, we will still book this hotel!

A Little Paradise with Heart – Our Stay with Collette & Paul Even before our arrival, we were warmly and reliably looked after by our hosts. Collette provided us with all the necessary information, so we easily found the accommodation. Access to the property and the apartment was also absolutely seamless. The accommodation itself is lovingly furnished – cozy, practical, and equipped with everything you need for everyday life. Whether cooking or washing – everything was easily done. Particularly warm: Immediately after our first personal meeting, Collette surprised us with a generous selection of toys for our little daughter (2+). There was also a children's house on stilts with a slide, a sandbox, and a huge garden – a true paradise for the little ones! During the five days, we thoroughly enjoyed the peace, nature, and the loving atmosphere. Collette was always available to offer advice and tips about the surrounding area – always helpful and welcoming.
