This was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced ( I traveled with my fiancé and dog). It was peaceful and quiet, and the atmosphere there was so relaxing. The owners were the kindest and most helpful. Staying here was one of the highlights of our holiday. Thank you ! And Cosmo (the dog) says hi :)

Federica is a very attentive host, it was clean everywhere, we got fresh towels and bed linen each 2 days, and the breakfast was amazing: fresh cakes are super tasty! One can also enjoy playing table football upstairs. The location is wonderful: within 20 minutes you can reach Rimini beach, within 10 minutes Santarcangelo di Romagna, and within 30 San Leo and San Marino. We would definitely come back when we have a chance!

It’s a family run hotel, that’s why everything is perfect. We had a room on the third floor with amazing view on the ocean and beach. You could watch sunset from our balcony. I have expensive E-bike and Andreas was so kind to let me park in the garage and I could use electric outlet to charge it. The big plus is free of charge parking nearby, because it’s a hassle to park outside. In the lobby is cold water dispenser, free of charge for all the guests

The staff was very welcoming and made all possible adjustments to make our stay comfortable. The pool at the hotel is very relaxing. The best part is the cakes and the coffee for breakfast. The hotel is very close to the beach and has many nice restuarants nearby. The waterfront area is around 20 minutes walk. The staff will help with taxi to the train station, so I advise taking that option (especially when travelling with luggage as the train station is a long walk).

Very friendly staff. Beautiful garden. 3 minutes walk to a fantastic sea beach. Amazing breakfast, with fantastic figs from own garden. Mille-mille grazie! We will return :-)

Excellent small family hotel in good location. One of the best breakfasts we've had in Italy. Free car parking in the hotel backyard. Nice and helpful staff. Very clean room. Nice roof terrace. Definitely would come back!
