The hosts are super nice, there is a nice garden and a lot of space for bikes. Marco gave us great advice about the island and biking routes. Also, the apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need.

Set in Marciana in the Elba Region, Marina VIP boasts a private beach area and outdoor hot tub. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. This was a beautiful small house with a lovely garden and a fantastic view overlooking the Procchio Gulf. The beds were comfortable and the rooms felt cozy and inviting. We particularly enjoyed the private terrace, perfect for grilling and even equipped with an outdoor shower, which was a nice touch. It was also exceptionally quiet, offering perfect silence, which was truly restorative. The owner, Michele, was incredibly helpful; he not only picked us up from the port and drove us to the house, but also guided us to the best places and routes to explore the island. His assistance was especially invaluable as we unexpectedly encountered a national strike in Italy during our stay, making train and other public transportation impossible. An added bonus was that Michele also rents out bikes (both normal and electric), which was perfect because riding around Elba Island is an absolute must!

Set on Elba Island, Villino nel Bosco is 1 km from Naregno Beach and 5 minutes' drive from the town centre of Capoliveri. Surrounded by pine trees, it has a garden with BBQ and children's playground. We have completely fallen head over heels by the beauty of this island. Hire an E-bike and visit all the amenities the Capoliveri peninsula offers, from black sand beaches, old disused mines to Le Ripenda estate and finish in the Capoliveri town perched above forests, vineyards and stunning sea vistas. The appartment was simple, yet warm. It more than satisfied our expectations. Beds are comfortable, kitchen and bathroom fully functional, there's plenty of space in the dining area and the views from the terrace are fenomenal. One can seldomly find such good value for money. PierLuigi (aka Gigi) was a wonderful and helpful host and we both want to thank him again for his hospitality. You can walk (15 min) to Capoliveri, but generally you will need some form of transport to get to various places on the island (E-bike, scooter or a car). Cable car (parrot cage) whisks you to Monte Capanne, 1019m above sea level and the views are unbelievable.

Set on the edge of the nature park, Gavila's Residenza has a hilltop location overlooking the mountains and coast. It offers free parking and is less than 5 minutes' drive from Porto Azzurro centre. Thanks to Laura the owner of the hotel for a great stay in cozy and comfortable hotel. It's located in a picturesque green place on top of a hill. Given the location of the hotel, a car is desirable, especially since a car gives you the opportunity to visit various beautiful beaches, of which there are many on the island.

Set in the hills overlooking the Gulf of Portoferraio, Santo Stefano is a historic country house offering extensive gardens, panoramic views and a restaurant serving Mediterranean and Tuscan cuisine. The location, the views, the food was amazing

Hotel Villa Ottone offers luxurious accommodation in front of the sea on Elba Island. A panoramic restaurant, an outdoor pool, a private beach and parking are are available here. The location was phenomenal. Breathtaking views everywhere. The rooms were large and clean. The pool and the private beach were amazing. Somehow the food was even more spectacular. I cannot say enough good things about every meal we had. I would recommend this site to anyone. The price is worth it and the travel to get there is worth it. They helped us set up taxis both on the island and once we were back in main Italy. We did a facial and massage while here as well and again cannot say enough good things. I have to come back.
