The family atmosphere rules the place. Fantastic room with terrace and sea view. Fresh and nice refurbishment. Nice restaurant where we had dinner. Well served breakfast in a fantastic Italian palazzo atmosphere. Very nice location near the ferry. Felicia and Luigi are the best. The staying really exceeded our expectations. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and will be happy to return!

Kindful penthouse owner. Irina was very kindful and prepared everything for us (Tour MAP and schedule and so on) Location was also very closed with center and supermarket. We had kids, she prepared for us welcome snack and doll for child.

This apartment was lovely and immaculate. It was quite large, with plenty of room for our family of four people. We visited in December, so we were unable to really use the four balconies, but can imagine how nice to have them available in the warmer months. The decor was homey. Both the kitchen and the living room were cozy and inviting. The location of the apartment is perfect. We travelled by train from Milan and easily walked to the apartment from the Como Lago station. We easily walked to the old town too. Many great restaurants are close by as well as a couple of local coffee shops are literally just steps away. Thomas is a wonderful host who is quite personable and very responsive. We actually think he is the best host we have ever had:). We brought our dog, and Thomas put out a little doggie bed as well as water and food bowls. Thank you Thomas.

From the entrance through the beautiful gate to the view from the window and from the terrace where breakfast is served, something wonderful. We traveled with dogs and there was no problem with animals as well.

Enrico was a great host, he wrote us to let us know how to get to the property, how to use the garage and the door key code. He received us with a welcome gift and had everything clean and organized. Coffee, tea, even some snacks were offered complimentary, it was a very nice detail.
