The views are breathtaking, the terrace is a winner, and the air conditioning works like a charm. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, the staff is super kind (the lady actually remembered us from previous years which was lovely and made us feel special).

We had an amazing stay with our very friendly host Danilo. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was filtered water, kitchen supplies, comfortable beds, and ample space.

I loved the vibe of the apartment : elegant and quiet, with a spectacular view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. I also like that it’s not in the city centre but you can reach it in just 4min drive.

Prime location and wonderful hosts. Lina and Alessandro were so kind and welcoming, giving us recommendations and helping us with all our (many) questions. The decor and details were so charming. Lots of restaurants and famous villas close by, with various activities (motorboat, horseback, cooking classes, and more) that the hosts can assist you with. Also such a comfy bed! Would 100% come back!

The hosts of this property are absolutely wonderful people. The staff is all very kind and attentive. The facilities are clean and well taken care of and the entire place feels fresh and new. Every morning you wake up to a gorgeous view of Lake Como, surrounded by flowers and plants. It’s tucked away just ~15 min walk from center of Menaggio, which makes it quiet at night and in the morning. Very cool at night and AC if needed. Beds made every night. Breakfast is incredible, both quick options and hot breakfast options. Overall just the most amazing experience, great location, and amazing people. Boat/bicycle/Tuk tuk rental right next to the hotel as well for those who want it which makes it very convenient!
