The flat is fantastic, located not in the Como center but do not be concerned, as it is a quite area with a supermarket nearby and Como town center is easily accessible. We enjoyed the location so much. The view is amazing. If you come by car, there is a garage at the property which is very convenient. The guest house is absolutely amazing, lovely furnished, very clean and the absolute bonus is the great host Patrizia, she was ready for everything I needed = bus tickets to go to the town, explanation of bus transport there and back, even recommendation of shops! She was not tired to talk to me and answer specific questions. I felt like home and the only pity is that I stayed just one night and was business travelling. I would surely love to come back with my family one day. Wishing Patrizia lots of good clients, she gives the place her heart. Thanks

We spent a week in this apartment as a family of four. The place is comfortable, clean, well-equipped, secure, with a large terrace and air conditioning – which was a lifesaver on hot days. Parking or a garage is also available for guests. The host was very kind and helpful. When I needed a keyboard, he generously lent me his own. I truly recommend this apartment with a terrace – it’s a great spot to relax. Nearby, there’s a small pier where you can enjoy a coffee and take a swim in the lake. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Pro tip: At certain hours, especially in the evening, reaching the apartment directly via Google Maps may not be possible, likely due to an active ZTL zone. A good workaround is to set the nearby gas station as your destination – the apartment is just 100–200 m from there. During the day, navigation usually works fine.
