The staff of Cesare team is super friendly, I love their hospitality, they are not like others in Italy. I mean, what happened with Italians? They are so arrogant and sassy… and veeery lazy too. Where are the happy Italian people with amazing smiles? The hotel is clean and with a very good location. Lavinia and Ricardo are the best 💚🤍❤️

The only little issue was getting a taxi organised to airport on leaving something went wrong, but that is jur a quibble. Also close to some lovely non touristy restaurants

The hosts are very helpful (I did a late check-in) and friendly! The place is impeccable!! Neat/tidy/comfy and well thought out for travelers. The shared area is also nice and well designed. I recommend a stay at Appia Design Room ! For location : it is very easy to get to and go from ! Just so you know, you’ll need to take the metro/subway/bus in order to reach the historical center. (Is it easy!)

The tower itself is stunning, a perfect blend of history and comfort, and we felt immediately at home. Gianluca was very kind, attentive, and very willing to help with anything we needed. His warm hospitality made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served at a lovely little café nearby, where we enjoyed delicious coffee and a pastry. Overall, everything was perfect: the place, the atmosphere, and above all the hospitality. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable stay in Italy.

It was a comfortable and clean room in a quiet central location. Dilyana was lovely and spent time answering my questions. The bed was comfortable, I wish I could have stayed longer.
