Centrally located hotel in Rome within walking distance of most of the Roman tourist attractions with many nearby excellent restaurants. My room on the 6th(top) floor had superb 270degree views of Rome. Room very comfortable and spacious. Good breakfast. Friendly helpful and efficient staff. The hotel has a gin bar which I didn’t go to but seemed very popular and well patronized. Highly recommended.

They are exceptional people, the property was easy access to train station into central Rome and is very cheap to travel around from A to B, it was clean and comfortable, we will be back again without a doubt ! If we return some time to Rome, we will definitely pick the same place again!

We loved the room, the location and the host was very nice. He did a special extra and it was great. The bathroom, bath, bed and the WiFi for the room was great. The building itself is beautiful.

We stayed at this property to be close to the airport on departure day. The location was 10/10. Our host met us at the gate and gave us a tour of the property. The apartment was spacious, clean and had a gated terrace as well as a gated parking lot. Our host offered to collect us from dropping off rental or provided free parking on site. Coffee, tea and some pastries were provided during our stay and a little keepsake for staying with them. The grounds were well kept and had lovely flowers and roses blooming. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance. This will certainly be our first choice for our next stay in Fiumicino. Highly recommend!

Cinzia is really a super host!! There hadn't been anything that you would want and wasn't already provided! We had an AirBnB reservation previously but the host cancelled on us at 11:30pm less than a day before our trip and a couple of hours before our departure !! So I found this place and texted Cinzia! Even though it was midnight she welcomed us and even let us check-in early the next day! And her apartment is the best place I have ever stayed at via booking! Fully equipped, all appliances included! 2 big beds and a single bed so 5 people can easily stay there .. the price is very very fair comparing to anything you find online! You want to take a shower and forgot your shampoo? You can find shampoo, conditioner,hair mask, body gel, dryer, iron of good qualities provided! Need to wash your clothes? Washer machine, pods, hangers, iron provided! Kitchen fully equipped, beds very comfortable with extra change of sheets and extra blankets .. tv in everyroom, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, a little balcony, heater, AC etc. I really think giving anything less than 10 points is not fair to her and this apartment! Location is also excellent, bus and metro are very close, grocery store, pharmacy, good boutiques, bistros, cafés, pastry shops all around the corner .. the apartment is on the first floor but there is also an elevator if you have luggages ... best stay ever!! We'll be back soon and refer all our friends to come stay here from now on.. thank you !
