It is in a building adjacent to the one that has the reception in it and one of Mimmo's three eateries, which range from a cafe to a white-tablecloth restaurant, and the food is amazing in all of these. (Also you get a 10% discount if you're a Locanda guest. All the staff without exception are very friendly and courteous and will help you with anything you need. This is true also of the owner himself. The Locanda and restaurants is the fruit of a hard-working family's labor - you can get a booklet about the family history. The windows have the typical Italian shutters, so almost no light gets in the morning, in case you want to sleep in. It should be added that Bergamo itself is a magnificent surprise, one of our favourites in all of Italy.

This was the kindest support I’ve ever received on a self-guided trip. On the last day of our journey in Italy, my girlfriend and I had an issue with our car. We didn’t have an Italian phone number and couldn’t speak Italian, but Valentina stayed up with us until midnight to help us communicate with the rental company. She’s truly the most passionate and caring host I’ve ever met. Thank you so much for your help — we’ll definitely come back and stay again next time!

When I think of hostel i usually think "crowded & sloppy" but this place was very comfy, nice and clean with a good breakfast, very warm hosts and chill ways to spend the afternoon.

Set in the centre of Lecco, Villa del Cigno has a peaceful location even thought it is just 800 metres from the main square. It has a garden with children's playground and offers free parking and free WiFi throughout the property. The property was gorgeous and well kept and just a short walk to the city center. Parking was available for our car and the place was very secure. Marta and Viviana were very kind and accommodating and offer a lovely breakfast each morning. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

They are housed in a historical building in Bergamo, 150 metres from the Carrara Academy and the GAMEC Art Museum. It is a great apartment - we enjoyed our stay. We arrived really late in the middle of the night and they were so nice to ask if they should change our apartment to a closer one - to our parking space, which was perfect for us. That was really a nice surprise - that somebody would even consider and make a night easier for someone! Really amazing - you don´t experience that a lot anymore. And also all the small details in the apartment - we really enjoyed everything! We would book it again.

Beautiful room , great location , the breakfast was very nice , a superb place to stay.
