This was the kindest support I’ve ever received on a self-guided trip. On the last day of our journey in Italy, my girlfriend and I had an issue with our car. We didn’t have an Italian phone number and couldn’t speak Italian, but Valentina stayed up with us until midnight to help us communicate with the rental company. She’s truly the most passionate and caring host I’ve ever met. Thank you so much for your help — we’ll definitely come back and stay again next time!

When I think of hostel i usually think "crowded & sloppy" but this place was very comfy, nice and clean with a good breakfast, very warm hosts and chill ways to spend the afternoon.

Set in the centre of Lecco, Villa del Cigno has a peaceful location even thought it is just 800 metres from the main square. The property was gorgeous and well kept and just a short walk to the city center. Parking was available for our car and the place was very secure. Marta and Viviana were very kind and accommodating and offer a lovely breakfast each morning. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Located a 5-minute walk from Bergamo Alta, REGO APARTMENTS - Boutique Aparthotel with some off-site apartments in a Charming Historic District close to Upper Town offers apartments with free WiFi and... It is a great apartment - we enjoyed our stay. We arrived really late in the middle of the night and they were so nice to ask if they should change our apartment to a closer one - to our parking space, which was perfect for us. That was really a nice surprise - that somebody would even consider and make a night easier for someone! Really amazing - you don´t experience that a lot anymore. And also all the small details in the apartment - we really enjoyed everything! We would book it again.

Set in the modern part of Bergamo, the Santa Lucia is a 12-minute walk from the Funicular Train to the historical Città Alta. Very Clean and very nice host. Amazing breakfast.

The Eden Hotel is a 2-minute walk from Bormio's cableway, and 1.8 km from Bormio Golf Club. The location is great. Good staff and delicious breakfast. Rooms are well designed (modern) and neat.
