Ideally located in the center of the town's main street, close to restaurants, the manager was extremely friendly. The bedroom, bathroom, and breakfast room were immaculate. Breakfast was one of the best during our stay in Sardinia, with lots of variety on the menu. The electronic room key system and hotel security system worked well.

This pet-friendly hotel also has free WiFi. Thank you Daniela for your hospitality, it was very comfortable and cozy! We had an apartment of 90 square meters! The house has everything you need (equipped kitchen, grill, etc.) A quiet and peaceful place! Daniela is always ready to help and answer all your questions, even those that do not relate to accommodation (for example, Daniela helped us find boat excursions, helped us find a car for rent since I did not have a credit card, and much more) Christina (Daniela’s assistant) She met my family with a smile at 22:30, told and showed everything! The place itself is the best I've seen. Variety of beaches (3 within walking distance) and we were on 3 beaches within a 10-minute drive! I can safely call many of these beaches TOP! There is also a cafe near the house, nice and cozy, and a 5-minute drive away you get to the center where there is a very cool pastry shop and restaurants! I was in Cagliari, Oristano, and Villasimius - Villasimius definitely takes first place in everything! I would recommend this holiday home to you both as a family and as a couple! Daniela, thank you! Boasting pool views, Residenza del Barone Luxury House - Pula, Sardegna offers accommodation with patio, around 2.4 km from Spiaggia di Su Guventeddu. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The apartment provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The location is on the outskirts of town, but it was a lovely walk to the city center. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen was a nice size. The host left a bottle of champagne, which was a nice touch. It is next to a grocery store, which was convenient. Also, restaurants and bars nearby. And a straightforward straight shot to the beach. Pula is a fantastic place, and the host gave us recommendations for a few great restaurants.

Little treasure close to all sites, beaches and the two best restaurants in Porto Cervo within walking distance. Beautiful and comfortable property with large rooms and showers (one of the best showers in our 2 weeks in Sardinia). The owner, Andrea was so helpful and all his restaurant recommendations were spot on! He was also patient with the kids and the breakfasts were really nice. We will return in our next trip to Sardinia.
