The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, with a ski lift within walking distance. I can't wait to return. The hotel is located 5 minutes by shuttle bus from cervinia. Shuttle buses were very quick to arrive when requested for trips to town and the slopes. The location is great with a beautiful view. The hotel sauna is great after skiing. But the staff are what made it. Nothing was too much trouble.
