Accomodation and exceptional service received by the staff, they went above and beyond to meet my need, Specifically regarding my request to have my breakfast brought to my room due to my injured hand.

The property was clean, quiet, calm… It was further away from the center of Fès which was perfect because the city was too noisy. After a long day in the city we were able to relax in this beautiful place. The garden also was clean and taken care off you can have a nice breakfast with a view of the pool. There were cats so cute so we brought them food so they could join us. The host is an amazing lady and she made sure that we were comfortable. Everything is already there so no need to take your hair dyer and so on… me and my family loved it !

Clean, Peaceful, quiet, but so close to the medina to walk around. Incredibly helpful staff, the manager was so kind and friendly and helpful! It felt so welcoming. And the beds are so comfortable, we slept great. We ate dinner there one night which was delicious and the breakfast each morning was great. Highly recommend!

The building is perfectly restored by the hard work of the wonderful hosts Marjorie and Pascal - the soul of the place. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was very good. This place should be on anyone list if going to Fez. This place is better than the photos.

The location is absolutely wonderful for relaxing – very peaceful and away from everything. The property is beautifully maintained, and the outdoor pool is just stunning. The rooms are also very nice with comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly accommodating. During our stay, the restaurant wasn’t operating, but one of the staff members kindly brought us a menu from a nearby restaurant, and the manager even went to pick up our order. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Everyone was truly so friendly and welcoming.

The staff is fantastic~ helpful and friendly. The riad is beautiful and conveniently located. We had clothes washed, asked for spa and restaurant recommendations.

Set in Fès, 300 metres from Open Air Tannery (Fes), Riad Batchisarai features air-conditioned rooms. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Certain rooms include a seating area where you can relax. The staff were excellent. Especially want to thank Mahmud and Othman for taking pains to ensure a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend it. The breakfast was also sumptuous and it is only a few minutes walk from the main streets of the Medina.
