The staff were extremely nice, so welcoming and really did everything to make our trip the best! The entire trip and sea plan was very organized and very accommodating. Not once did I feel worried or confused on where I had to go or be they lead me from when I got off the plane right to bringing me back to the plane to go home. The food was delicious. The food staff were fun and made my children laugh. The cleaning services were amazing. They cleaned twice once in the morning and once in evening helped make our room extremely comfortable. The kids club was absolutely amazing my children wanted to go there and stay alone. Many activities and the staff and manager are extremely nice. The resort really thought of it all provided adult rain jackets and umbrellas to use for your stay a bucket of water to rinse your feet of sand prior to entering your room and just all around was amazing.

Wooden outlook of the villas is absolutely phenomenal and the concept of no plastic is very well appreciated. We've been upgraded to a Pool Villa, definitely the best accommodation to date. Resort holds a remarkable standard of quality, food is outstanding in all restaurants. Staff is trained to highest level, we couldn't ask for more. Special thank you to our host JoJo, Fazeel from Canneli and Tulsa from Coco Bar & JFK for their outstanding company throughout our stay. 5.8 Undersea restaurant is a must visit. We loved the private lunch at Teppanyaki, what an amazing performance there by the chef, thank you so much for sharing your time with us.
