Great stay - exceeded our expectations. We booked fairly last minute and had farily low expectations. To start with it was great to find a reception and dedicated person looking after the properties. We arrived before the scheduled check in but were given keys and told as soon as property is clean we can access it. The houses are tastefully decorated, are very modern and clean. The kitchen is equipped with small fridge and single electrical hob. there were 4 adults and 2 kids and we had enough space for all of us. It is worth adding that the house is equipped with sun loungers and windbraker that you can take to the beach. A true highlight of the holiday was the design and plan with children in mind. All the houses face the internal playground, there is a seperate playroom that has CCTV which is avaialble to view in the house. Monday to Friday Pani Marta provides enterntaintment at 9AM and 6PM - this was an absolute highlight for my 2 and 6 year olds. Each day there are diffent activities from giant bubble making, sports, colourful hair plaits, glitter tatoos etc etc. All of this is included in the price! The property is gated so no access for non- residents is avaialable and kids are safely running around. The property grounds are very well matained throughout, it is very clean and modern.

The location was just perfect in being accessible and yet private - steps from the Promenade but nestled on a quiet, tree-lined, residential street away from the trams and tourist commotion. Parking on the street was actually very easy, although the property does have secure, covered parking available as well (be sure to ask at booking). We can’t say enough good things about Swinoujscie - our favorite parts were strolling along the Promenade, visiting the peaceful forest parks within the city, and of course the world-class sugar-sand beach. With inexpensive rental bikes we set off on the public bike paths that wind through Swinoujscie and extend across the German border, linking dozens of picturesque coastal villages filled with shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was new and beautifully decorated, with natural stone finishes, a large comfortable bed, big-screen TV, new kitchen appliances/coffee makers etc. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning surrounded by bird songs from the trees. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful which was much appreciated since we had never been to Swinoujscie before and don’t speak Polish very well. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Excellent location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the beach. The property is surrounded by pine trees, an easy walk (15-20 minutes) to the beach. Very quiet location, well kept, with all the necessary comforts. A few minutes away from a narrow gauge tourist train to Reval and Trzesacz which we used a couple of times.

I had a wonderful family time. During my stay in Darlowo, a charming small town. The owner made us feel comfortable and treated us as longtime friends visiting, even our Pet has enjoyed this venue ! The hosting venue has all the equipment needed, orderly tidied, and clean. The garden is well-maintained and has BBQ sets, a convenience store is 50 meters away and Biedronka is 200 meters away. However, I highly recommend having coffee and lunch with some of the common Polish dishes at the restaurant around the corner!

There was no problem to accommodate even we arrived ahead of original schedule. The cabin was showed to us. Host help us with parking and offered free charging of our EV. The cabin was easy to accommodate 6members family, as there were 2 rooms with 1 double and 1 single bed. It is small, but you will find everything you need also wash machine, fridge, induction cooker, clothes hanger, balcony, terrace, grill... You can borrow old bikes (ab 10 of them to your disposal) free of charge at the property.
