Rooms are extremely comfortable, equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was wonderful, with varied products, of excellent quality. It was a wonderful stay - we are looking forward to our next stay!

Situated in the Furnas Valley, Terra Nostra Garden Hotel is surrounded by calderas, mineral and thermal springs. It is a short drive from volcanic beaches, forest areas, and two golf courses. This place is quite pleasant, with a charming old-fashioned design. The breakfast is good, though there's a bit of excess service – they bring a kettle of coffee, tea, and juice. It's not really a drawback, more of a minor point to note. The 24-hour access to a thermal pool is a major advantage. The highlight is the incredibly vast park surrounding the property. Overall, it's a delightful spot with a unique charm that extends beyond the accommodations.

20 km from Pico do Carvao, Quinta Relax Azores is a recently renovated property located in Ribeira Grande and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the mountain and garden. Lucia is a fantatic home owner, she had everything organized for us, it felt like travelling back home and your mom is there to take care of you. She helped with everything we needed, she gave us all information to get to the right places and restaurants, she took care of literally everything. The house is clean, warm and had everything needed like if you are in your own house. We had a superior experience in this house like we never had elsewhere. Certainly a place I would recommend to anyone 150%!!!

Iris, the owner, is so kind and present. Check in was super easy and I was able to check out late before my flight. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are really nice. My room had full bed bunk beds -- it was so nice to have a little bigger space to sleep after twin bed throughout the rest of my trip. The hostel is in a great location too and is super clean!

We liked the facilities and the overall atmosphere of the place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient parking and as a bonus, fresh eggs for breakfast :-)

The unit has kitchen with all needed items if you want to cook your own meals. The fridge is stuffed with food - milk, butter, cheese, juice, eggs, all you need for breakfast for first couple of days. Ana and her staff are super welcoming.

The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 13 km from Pico do Carvao. The apartment features family rooms. You could not dream of a better location in Ponta Delgada! World class restaurants at your door; Portas de Cidade are around the corner; pier is steps away. Hosts were wonderfully accommodating throughout our stay! Very clean; comfortable beds; even welcomed us with a few island favorites. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
