We loved everything, the room, the food, the facilities but I must say the personnel was the best part, everyone was really accommodating and helpful.

What really stands out is the personnel and service. Very professional and client oriented. Whatever wish you have, it is executed with lightning speed. Do not forget ti visit the spa, it is amazing. I informed the reception the next day and a few hours later I got a message that it is found. I was surprised to see that they even have a database for lost and found. It was a good sign that everything is well organized in this hotel.
