Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Located at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains and situated 300 metres from Dolly Parton's Stampede in Pigeon Forge, Twin Mountain Inn & Suites features a seasonal outdoor pool, free WiFi access and... We liked the friendly staff and the location. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the birds. If we make it back to Pigeon Forge we'll definitely be staying here again!

Relax in the outdoor pool at Margaritaville Island Hotel. Located in Pigeon Forge, this hotel provides free WiFi access to guests and offers two electric car charging stations on site. The room was huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous - this hotel is part of the island entertainment and shopping area. Our riverview room was quiet with a restful balcony over the river. Relaxing is actively encouraged, including around the fireplace in the lobby.

We are located at 1850 Parkway Sevierville and are situated alongside the Little Pigeon River. Just across the Little Pigeon River is Pigeon Forge. The convenience of going to places I like going to.

Gatlinburg Inn nằm ở Gatlinburg, cách Ober Gatlinburg 5 phút đi bộ và Thủy cung Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies 600 m. Myself and my friend did not have breakfast during our stay. I did love this hotel though, the location was perfect, the free parking was welcome. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. What I enjoyed the most was the hotel felt quirky in a good way, the room was old fashioned but I loved that and we both enjoyed the rocking chairs on the balcony. I would have no problem recommending this hotel and if I’m lucky enough to come back to Gatlinburg I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was very big, with an amazing view of the Smokey Mountains, with the rolling mist. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly.
