I enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners my entire stay. The Lodge and outside areas are beautifully decorated. There are a number of local magazines, bird and animals books available for reading. I definitely recommend Muunga if you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Have done a lot of traveling, but this property stands out. It’s the first time I remember feeling sad leaving a place behind, normally excited to get to the next destination. Juliette greeted us at the door and gave a tour, an explanation of local sights and recommendations, then left us to it. ALL of the amenities are top-shelf, from the pillows and sheets to the decor to the kitchen pots and utensils. Each wing of the house (yes, wings!) was immaculately clean, lightly scented, and tastefully decorated. The outside fire had been pre-prepared with a pyramid of wood, the pool was spotless, and there was fresh milk and water in the fridge and 3 bags of ice in the freezer. I could go on and on. It was a standard of professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication that all other places I stay on the future will be compared to. This may sound like a paid review or a family member associated with the property skewing the rating…but we are just a family from Switzerland that were thoroughly impressed by the value and joy Wild Heart brought us.

Gourmet breakfast is included and the dinners have several choices & are more than worth adding to your stay…..the genuine gift of hospitality exudes from everyone working there almost feeling like family & treating guests like royalty .

From the greeting when we arrived(cleansing towels and refreshing drink),the introduction to the lodge, and the facilities themselves, you could not fail to be impressed. Staff were brilliant....thanks guide Gazza, tracker James, concierge Connie, of house Sipho, and Alfred (enjoy your Kiwi caps, team).Loved being in a smaller lodge with capacity of around 20 ish guests. Makes it very intimate. Saw the big 5 and plenty of other game. I've been to many game lodges over the past 40 years, and this is right up there with the best experience. Looking forward to going back!!Highly recommend!!
