The location is unbeatable—tucked in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet just steps away from the old castle, the local market, and directly across from the historic house of the famous writer Ismail Kadare. Walking through the charming streets felt like stepping into a storybook. The villa itself is stunning—comfortable, beautifully decorated, and full of character. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with both modern comfort and traditional charm. We especially loved the balcony, where we enjoyed morning coffee with a view and quiet evenings under the stars. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast—fresh, delicious, and made with local ingredients. It was the perfect start to every day and truly added to the experience. But what really made this stay unforgettable were the fantastic hosts. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but like part of the family. This villa is perfect for anyone looking to relax, explore, and experience the authentic heart of the town. The location was in an area with other small family home stays. You stay with the locals in their home, which I really like. Wonderful pittoresque area just 400 meters away from the castle and 700 meters away from the old town and bazaar. The rooms are clean and spacious and quite new I guess. Breakfast on the roof terrace gives a wonderful view over the mountains. Really positive about the property. The staff were an older couple who were really sweet. So kind. A great stay, with sweet and kind staff, in a real Albanian village atmosphere.

We were warmly greeted by the family and little grand daughters who raced outside to open the gate and show us where to park. Our completely renovated room with a gorgeous rooftop terrace in the Old Town of Gjirokastër, and looking upwards towards the Castle walls was perfectly located. The host has tastefully decorated the room to a completely modern standard. It was spotlessly clean, bright and welcoming. We enjoyed some amazing breakfasts while in Albania, particularly in the North, but OMG Manga's doughnuts with poached strawberries were next level, as was the rest of breakfast

The place is located in the mountains, far away from the city so we enjoyed the nature a lot. The view is amazing, it looks as on the pictures. The room was new and clean. The internet connection was perfect so we could even work. We recommened to take a breakfast and a dinner at the villa because they include a salad, a main dish, a dessert and drinks. They were very tasty and we tried traditional, homemade food. We loved it a lot!!! The owners are amazing and open to answer all your questions about Albania and to recommend where to go. They took care of us and our needs all the time. We took a trip to the monastary with them and it was cool. We liked our staying at the villa a lot! It is very cozy and beautiful😍
