Very close (4-5min walk) to some of the nicest private beaches in Ksamil. Very clean accommodation with modern amenities and nice bathroom. Great coffe/espresso machine!Parking at the property was a huge bonus. The host (a teenage girl) was very friendly and even offered to do laundry for us for no additional charge. Many restaurants and a small kiosk store right next to the property. Air conditioner and TV in both rooms.

Everything was perfect! Emi Is the most thoughtful and kinded hearted host we ever met in all our trips. Accomodations are perfectly clean, full equipped with everything you may need during you stay, near the best beaches and restaurants and It has private and camera controlled parking, which Is a big plus if You come by motorbike. The rooms are very cute and clean, they organized the room every day and changed our towels every two days. There is a small kitchen that can be used to prepare some food like sandwiches. The staff were very friendly which makes this place even more special.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, as well as the lovely and hospitable hosts! The room was clean and spacious, with air conditioning, a fridge, and a kitchenette. It was regularly cleaned, so we always lived in a tidy space. There was also a balcony and a clothes drying rack. We even received an extra blanket upon request in July! The sea and beaches were just a short walk away (about 10 minutes). There were both sunbeds and public beach areas available. Shops and a medical point were nearby, yet the location was away from the hustle and noise, which we especially appreciated! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We are very happy and satisfied to have started our trip in these apartments.

Great lovely hosts, loved every part of the stay. The room was very clean, with all facilities included, a nice veranda to relax and in a very quiet area in Ksamil. Highly recommend it.
